Committees
Zoning Committee
The Zoning Committee shall regularly receive, review with each applicant, and make recommendations to the Commission on all applications for rezoning, variances, graphics and other zoning adjustment appeals, and special permits located wholly or partially in the area; and, review, monitor, and approve all requests for demolitions.
Community Relations Committee
The Community Relations Committee shall promote the activities and existence of the Commission to the community and other groups throughout the city. They are additionally responsible for overseeing maintenance and development of the Commission website; and, respond to the general electronic communication with the Commission.
